On 04.04.2008, FairPlay Properties REIT has concluded an Agreement for Bank Credit Facility with the following parameters:
• Type of the Credit: Investment credit;
• Amount of the Agreement: EUR 6 250 000 (six million two hundred and fifty thousands). The amount of 1 250 000 (one million two hundred and fifty thousands) will be used for refinancing of already bought land properties and an amount of EUR 5 000 000 (five million) – for financing at 100% of the value of the lad property, with total area about 50 000 sq. m., located in the outskirts of Sofia.
• Credit period: Final term for payment of all the obligation for the credit is the corresponding day of the 36 (the thirty sixth) month from the date of the first allotted amount of the credit, but not later than 30.03.2011.
