Kristina Petrova is the executive director of FairPlay Properties REIT and is responsible for the management and development of the company. She has many years of experience in the capital market, including as part of the team of the Financial Supervision Commission in its activity on license and permit proceedings. She has successively held the position of head of the “Regulatory Compliance” department at an investment intermediary and at FairPlay International AD. Kristina holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of St. Kliment Ohridski” and a master’s degree in “Financial Management” from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia.
Svetla Angelova is a member of the company’s Board of Directors and is responsible for the company’s financing activities. Svetla has many years of experience as chief accountant and financial director of companies specializing in construction and architecture, office building management, real estate leasing, and investment intermediation. Svetla holds a master’s degree in “Accounting and Control” from the University of National and World Economy – Sofia.
Neli Dinkova is a member of the company’s Board of Directors and is responsible for the activities related to the company’s real estate development strategy. She has over 15 years of experience as a real estate sales manager, as well as many years of experience supporting the operations of an engineering design organization. For a long period, she was also a teacher of Russian language and literature. Nellie has a master’s degree in “Russian language and literature” from the Veliko Tarnovo University of St. St. Cyril and Metodius”.
