At 31.03.2008, FairPlay REIT has signed the following contracts for bank credits:
1. Contract of an Investment credit at the amount up to EUR 3 750 000 (three million seven hundred and fifty thousands), with credit period until 30.03.2010.
2. Contract for a revolving credit at the amount up to EUR 1 140 000 (one million hundred and forty thousands) and period for usage of the funds from the credit until 30.03.2009.
3. Contract of an Investment credit at the amount up to EUR 1 350 000 (one million three hundred and fifty thousands) and credit period until 30.06.2008.
The funds of the credits will be used for financing of a purchase of four-neighbor plots, located in Sofia, Studentski grad.
