The Holiday village “Santa Marina” received the major prize in the competition “FIABCI Prix D’Excellence Awards”

Projects of the leading Bulgarian investment company „Fairplay International” JSC received three awards from Prix D’Excellence Award


   On April 19, 2013 in Sheraton Sofia Hotel Balkan was held the first Bulgaria issue of the international competition of architecture of FIABCI Bulgaria “Prix D’Excellence Awards” which distinguished the most successful operating Bulgarian projects. The contested race was organized from the International federation for real estate FIABCI in cooperation with public institutions from the whole world. The representative jury from Bulgarian and foreign professionals evaluated the participants by established international criteria. 
   The holiday village “Santa Marina”, Sozopol, which investor is “FairPlay Properties” REIT was distinguished both with the award “Prix D’Excellence for holiday properties” and with the major award in the competition and received the recognition “Project of the Year”. With its architectural style, scalability and infrastructure, the holiday village “Santa Marina” is one of the most significant projects for the development of our Black Sea Coast.
   The luxury five-star residence hotel “Arena Di Serdica”, Sofia – project of “FairPlay International” JSC, was also awarded with “Prix d’Excellence” in the prestigious competition.
   The prizes were received by Mr. Mario Zahariev and Mrs. Anna Zaharieva (funders and CEOs of “FairPlay International” JSC), Mr. Manyu Moravenov (CEO of “Fairplay Properties’ REIT), arch. Petko Marinov (Leading designer) and eng. Vanya Radonova (Leading Project Manager).
   The competition Prix d’Excellence 2013 is organized by FIABCI Bulgaria and gives the right of the first seven distinguished local projects to fight for the world title Prix d’Excellence 2014 in May 2014 by the time of the 65th international congress of FIABCI. The awards reflects the overall success of the projects, incl. architecture, esthetics, functionality and primly public utility.
