“FairPlay Properties” REIT (FPP 6F3) records BGN 1,905 mln financial result, subject to distribution of dividends for the financial 2012.
According to the statement of the comprehensive income, the net revenues from sales of production (properties) for the year amounts to BGN 25, 6 mln. They are formed of concluded sales agreements for 151 apartments in the complexes “Santa Marina”, Sozopol, “St. Ivan Rilski”, Bansko and “Marina Hill”, Chernomoretz.
The balance due of the Fund for 2012 is a loss at the amount of BGN 536 thousand. The realized loss is in a result of a net turn-down in the value of investment properties in a result of performed yearly revaluation at market prices.

As at the end of 2012, the Company has 64 not-finalized sales agreements that are expected to realize additional revenues at the amount of BGN 12,014 mln until the completion of 2013.

“FairPlay Properties” REIT is listed on the BSE – Sofia on 17th of February, 2006. Major shareholder in the company is “FairPlay International” with 61.70% share in the capital, the rest of the shareholders are institutional investors (10 pension, 20 mutual funds and investment companies) and over 410 individuals and legal entities, retail investors.
As at December 2012, the investment portfolio of "FairPlay Properties" REIT includes 10 projects from different market segments. The TBA is 386 thousand sq. m., and the investments made by the end of the year amounts to BGN 205 mln.
