On 08.04.2008 the Commercial register part of the Registry Agency registered the capital increase of the Company from BGN 50 700 000 ( fifty million and seven hundred thousand) to BGN 55 825 370 ( fifty-five million eight hundred twenty five thousands three hundred and seventy), divided to equal number shares. The Company acted all the necessary steps the new issue from the capital increase at the amount of 5 125 370 ( fifty-five million eight hundred twenty five thousands three hundred and seventy) new hares to be registered in the Central Depositary AD until 08.04.2008.
In this connection the allotted from the General Meeting of the shareholders of FairPlay Properties REIT amount for dividend of BGN 8 000 000 (eight million) will be distributed between 55 825 370 new shares.
The gross value of the dividend per share, that the shareholders will receive amounts to BGN 0.1433 (zero point one thousand four hundred and thirty three) counting till the fourth number after the point.
