On 28.07.2006, the company has acquired the right to build a hotel, pursuant to the building permit, issued by Municipality of Bansko, and according to the approved architectural project dated 30.06.2006, at the value of EUR 954,300. The hotel will be located in the Sv. Ivan Rilski Holiday Camp, in the Sv. Ivan area, with 8,887.07 sq. m built-up on and over the terrain area plus the adjacent 4,350.38 sq. m unfolded built-up area beneath the terrain.
