On the grounds of Art. 4 (1) of Annex 7 to the BSE Rules and Regulations, the BSE-Sofia informs all its members that the auction as of Art. 112b (7) of the POSA for sale of rights of the capital increase of FairPlay Properties REIT-Sofia, BSE code – R4FPP, shall be performed on 11 Sep 2006 /Monday/. The amount of 1,394,433 rights, against which no shares have been subscribed to, shall be offered at the auction.
