The first General Meeting of Bondholders of FairPlay Properties REIT regarding the issue of Euro 4 million total nominal value with ISIN – BG 2100030068, issued on 15.08.2006, has been carried out on 11.09.2006. There has been approved the election of CB United Bulgarian Bank AD as a bondholders trustee in the sense of the POSA.
The Prospectus for the secondary public offering of the issue mentioned above has been submitted for approval to the Financial Supervision Commission on 08.09.2006.
