In 2007, FairPlay Properties REIT started the implementation of a project for the construction of hotel parts and apartments at the edge of the lake in the resort Panichishte. After winning a competition for the sale of real estate owned by the municipality of Sapareva Banya, the company acquired a plot of land with an area of 25,611 sq. m. In connection with the implementation of the project, an “Environmental Restoration and Protection Plan” and “Investment Plan with Infrastructure significance for the municipality of Sapareva Banya”. The project is at the stage of finding a potential investor to purchase the property in order to implement an investment decision.
