FairPlay Properties REIT-Sofia, BSE code – FPP, has submitted to BSE-Sofia the following information:
– On 05 November 2007, the Board of Directors of FairPlay Properties REIT decided to increase the capital of the company from BGN 50.700 million to BGN 60.840 million through an issue of 10.140 million new shares of BGN 1.00 nominal value and BGN 2.25 issuing value each.
– For every share hold will be issued one right and five rights will enable the subscription to one new share.
– The increase will provide enough shareholders’ capital for financing the new projects of the company for the year 2008, and the issuing price is calculated so, the capital not to be padded.
– All new shares shall be of the same class as the previously issued, namely ordinary, dematerialised, registered and voting, giving right on dividend and liquidating dividend proportional to the nominal value of the share. Manager of the increase shall be the Investment Intermediary Capman.
– As of 30 September, the company manages assets having a balance sheet value of BGN 82.691 million and its market capitalisation as of the same date is BGN 111.540 million
The projects of the company so far include two holiday complexes in Sozopol and such in Chernomorets, Bansko and Panichishte.
