On the bases of art. 4 of the Low on market abuse in financial instruments and Audinance 2 of the Financial supervision commission, we inform that starting from 18 Dec 2013, "FairPlay Properties" REIT has began payment of dividend for 2012.
The amount of the dividend is BGN 1 786 411,84 ( one million sevenhundred eighty-six thousand, fourhundred and eleven BGN and 84 coins). or BGN 0,032 (zero point thirty-two hundredths) gross divident per share.
The decision for distribution of dividend was taken on the General Meeting of the shareholders, held on May 15, 2013.
