"FairPlay Properties" REIT redorded BGN 2,540 mln profit for distribution as at September 30, 2012

•    BGN 2,540 mln financial result for distribution;
•    BGN 2,343 mln profit from the activity;
•    BGN 22,9 mln net revenues from sales.

   "FairPlay Properties" REIT has completed the nine-month period of 2012 with a positive financial result at the amount of BGN 2,343 mln. The revenues from the activity of the Company amounts to BGN 22,9 mln and declined with 13% compared to their amount in the end of the same period of the previous year. 91% of them or BGN 20,856 mln are formed by the recorded sales of 122 apartments in the complexes "Santa Marina", Sozopol, "St. Ivan Rilski", Bansko and "Marina Hill", Chernomoretz.
   The other revenues of the Company are formed of rents and exploitation of investment properties.
   For the nine-month period of 2012, the Fund has concluded new agreements for sale of 94 apartments with total TBA 7 643 sq.m. and amount of BGN 19,4 mln incl. VAT.

17th of February, 2006. Major shareholder in the company is “FairPlay
International” with 64.57% share in the capital, the rest of the
shareholders are institutional investors (10 pension, 20 mutual funds
and investment companies) and over 400 individuals and legal entities,
retail investors.
