On the basis of the POSA, art.148 b, we inform of a change in the shareholding of "FairPlay International" JSC in the capital of "FairPlay Properties" REIT, as follows:
At 24.02.2011 as a result of sale of shares, the partition of "FairPlay International" JSC is 64.579%.
