On January 4, 2010 was held an extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of FairPlay Properties REIT. On the meeting was voted a change of the members of the Board of the Directors of the Company. The shareholders released Svetoslav Petrov Soltariev from the member position. He was replaced from the General meeting by election of a new member Mariana Nikolaeva Doynova. The change will be recorded in the Commercial register.
