On 23.05.2008, FairPlay Rroperties REIT has concluded an Agreement for Bank Credit Facility with the following parameters:
• Type of the credit: Investment;
• Amount: EUR 5 000 000 (five million);
• Credit period: 60 months, with 12 months gratis period.
The amounts from the credit will be used for financing of the construction of seven new villas from Stage III of the Holiday village “Santa Marina”, the town of Sozopol.
