In connection with concluded on 18.12.2008 from FairPlay Properties REIT preliminary contract for purchase of land properties, on 11.04.2008 the Company has concluded a final contract in the required in the legislation Notary form for the acquisition of regulated land properties, located in the city of Sofia , region – Studentski grad with total area – 8 66 7 sq. m. The acquired regulated land properties are formed after the entering into validity of the Plan for regulation and building-up of properties with total area 11 433 sq. m.
The amount of the transaction is EUR 5 700 000 (five million and seven hundred thousands) excluded VAT.
