On 28.06.2007, there was an official ceremony in the Military Club in Sofia. Prizes were bestowed for the fifth time from the Association of the Investors. The nominations were for “Company with Best Corporative Governance”. There were also prizes for contribution to the development and chronicle of the Capital Market in Bulgaria.
In the category for “Best Corporative Governance of REIT", FairPlay Properties REIT received the prize for 2006. Between the nominees in this category were also Active Properties REIT, Intercapital Property Development REIT, Prime Property BG REIT and Bulgaria Real Estate Fund REIT.
