Type: Investment credit
Purpose: Finance of the construction of own real estates, located in Sozopol, Santa Marina place and finance of the purchase of more real estates in the same place
Amount: EUR 3,000,000
Repayment period: 24 months
Gratis period: 6 months
Security: Contractual mortgage in favour of CB Economic & Investment Bank AD on titles and real estates located in Sozopol, Santa Marina place, which are property of FairPlay Properties REIT-Sofia.
