On the grounds of Art. 4 (1), item 2 of Annex 7 to the BSE Rules and Regulations, the auction pursuant to Art. 112b (7) of the POSA for sale of rights of the capital increase of FairPlay Properties REIT-Sofia, BSE code – R3FPP, shall be performed on 30 June 2006 /today/. The amount of 1,280 rights, for which no shares have been subscribed to, shall be offered at the auction. The price of the sale order is just tentative and equals the last weighted-average price realised within the term for trading in rights.
