– Number of shares before the capital increase: 25,350,000 shares
– Number of shares, offered for subscription: 25,350,000 shares
– Nominal value: BGN 1.00 per share
– Issuing value: BGN 1.00 per share

– Number of the rights issued: 25,350,000
– Ratio between the rights issued and new shares (right/shares): 1/1
– The capital shall be increased only if 10,000,000 shares at least have been subscribed to and paid
– Every person might subscribe to at least 1 new share and at most to the number of shares equal to the respective number of the rights acquired and/or held
– Initial and final date for transferring of the rights: 17.08.2006 / 01.09.2006
– Initial date for subscription to shares: 17.08.2006
– Final date for subscription to shares of the increase: 27.09.2006
