FairPlay Properties REIT has signed on 13.07.2007 Annex No 1 to the overdraft credit contract from 29.06.2007 with CB Bulgarian Post Bank AD as a result of which:
– The credit period has been extended from three (3) to fifteen (15) months
– The type of credit granted has changed from an overdraft credit to a credit line
– The amount of the credit has also changed from EUR 500,000 to EUR 3,500,000.
