On November 8, 2024, construction commenced on Villas 85 and 86, situated in the southern part of Plot XX-35010, Sveta Marina area, in the very heart of the Santa Marina holiday village.
The villas will have a total built-up area of 670 sq.m. and a combined gross floor area (underground and above-ground) of 3,647.60 sq.m. Each villa will consist of four floors, with 18 apartments per building, and will be constructed above a shared underground level. This underground level will include parking facilities for 26 vehicles, 14 garages and 9 parking spaces, and 2 bicycle storage areas, each equipped with 4 storage rooms.
The villas will be located near the village’s second reception, Pool 5, the Viva Mare Fish & Grill restaurant, and the Viva Mare Hotel.
