On October 11, 2024, in Sozopol, within the Santa Marina holiday village, construction commenced on one of the newest projects in the portfolio of “FairPlay Properties” REIT – the tourist complex The Residence.
The complex will span a total built-up area of 7,277.60 sq.m. and will include 22 apartments offering panoramic sea views, a multi-level parking facility with two underground and three above-ground levels, accommodating over 120 garages and parking spaces. Additionally, it will feature EV charging stations and infrastructure to expand the number of chargers in the future.
The project represents an investment of BGN 8.5 million, financed through a combination of equity and debt capital.
The new complex addresses the growing interest in the Santa Marina holiday village, which has been embraced by both local and international guests not only as a vacation destination but also as a second home where many choose to live year-round and work remotely.
The Residence will be situated in close proximity to Santa Marina’s main reception, Pool 1, and Apolonia Restaurant. Apartment owners will have access to all amenities and facilities within the village. The project also prioritizes parking convenience, with plans for a multi-level parking structure equipped with an automated barrier, IP cameras for license plate recognition, and an automatic payment system.
With its modern architecture and high-quality construction solutions, the new building aims to alleviate parking challenges in the area while enhancing Sozopol’s tourist infrastructure.
