Thus reduces the proportion of directly owned by the company shares in the capital of "FairPlay Properties" REIT of 11 302 072 shares or 34.10% of the capital of 6 552 072 shares or 19.77% of the capital. At the same time. "FairPlay International" JSC reserves total number of shares held (directly and through subsidiaries) of 21 263 136 shares or 64.15% of the capital.
