94% or 5,232,715 shares of the proposed 5,582,537 were subscribed and paid

The Management of "FairPlay Properties" REIT (FPP) announced that subscription in the capital increase was successfully completed as in the accumulating account of the Company were received BGN 5,232,715 corresponding to all applications for subscription of shares to the investment intermediary servicing the increase .
BGN 4,615,271 came from "FairPlay Agricultural Fund" JSC, which is a subsidiary of "FairPlay International" JSC. The remaining amounts were received by 3 pension fund.
The Company has undertaken the necessary actions for registration of the capital increase in the Commercial Register and to register the new issue in the "Central Depository" JSC and "Bulgarian Stock Exchange-Sofia" JSC.

"FairPlay Properties” REIT is listed on the BSE – Sofia on 17th of February, 2006. Major shareholder in the company is “FairPlay International” with 36,91% share in the capital, the rest of the shareholders are institutional investors (10 pension, 16 mutual funds and 1 investment company) and over 318 individuals and legal entities, retail investors.
