Raytcho Diankov holds Master degrees in Economics and Business Administration respectively from University for national and world economy, Sofia and Cyprus International Institute of Management, Nicosia, Cyprus.
Much of his professional experience had been within the banking sector where he worked successively for Postbank, CCB and UBB. Next two years were devoted to the small business in Bulgaria, when he worked for the UN project in the country. He was subsequently involved with the MBA programme at the American University in Bulgaria as Recruitment Director.
In 2006 became an Investment Sales Manager at Forton International – a commercial property consultant. Since 2008 he has been working at FairPlay Properties REIT as an Investment Manager.
Since 2001 he has been an Independent appraiser of real estate in Bulgaria and this year has become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the UK (MRICS).
Speaks English fluently.
