BSE-Sofia informs all brokers that the initial sale of the issue of rights for initial increase of the capital of FairPlay Properties REIT will start on 27.02.2006 through a Mixed Closed Auction organized by the Trading System. The respective BSE code R1FPP will be registered in the LIST listing. The auction will be carried out within the timeframe from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The secondary sale of the rights for initial increase of the capital of FairPlay Properties REIT will start on 27.02.2006 at 9:30 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. The respective BSE code R2FPP will be registered in the UNEO listing.
