At the meeting on 18.08.2006 the Board of directors of the company has decided:
1. The company has decided to conclude a preliminary contract for construction and purchase of a real estate with Santa Marina AD at the price of Euro 2,193,879 (VAT inclusive), in order to acquire immovable property – apartments and studios in Santa Marina holiday village.
2. The company has decided to conclude a preliminary contract for construction and purchase of a real estate with Ivan Rilski Properties OOD at the price of Euro 3,090,288.96 (VAT inclusive), in order to acquire immovable property – apartments and studios in St. Ivan Rilski holiday village.
